We have been getting nailed with a ton of rain as well. June 2015 has set the record, beating out June 1972, when Hurricane Agnes occurred. To put things in perspective, anyone who has lived through Agnes describes it as the worst hurricane they experienced, so June 2015 has had more rain than the month that had to what many people is the worst hurricane.

It is great to be able to look from one's desk out a window and see beautiful landscaping. One of my BILs was a landscape architect (retired now) and I learned a lot from him. One time at a family gathering at my house his mind wandered out the glass door to my two mimosa trees. Forgetting the going conversation, he said to me, "Your tree has a beautiful crotch!" My Sis was so embarrassed and fussed at him and he turned red while everyone else laughed.
