Re: Wiley John

You are not to worry about anything.  We've suffered. God love you for all your loss and pain. I hope to enjoy some time here on blog-it.  I have missed so much time away from all and there's much to read and catch up on. That time factor always gives me a fit. I send love and peace, always and no matter how far I may go away. Thank you for being you, dear John. Connie Elyse

Read your comment to my comment and I am sorry for all you've been through with life. Please forgive my comment to you previously and KNOW I am happy to see you in Blogit again. I'm so used to being Kabu's 'Galahad'  I couldn't stop myself from being at her side at a previous time when she hurt. We love you. In some explanation/understanding for myself, in the past couple of years my brother Danny died, my sister Patty died and my my BIL Mike O' died, he was my AA sponsor so that was a special relationship.

Re: Krisles

I'm glad I'm not the only one with the slipper ritual (LOL) and cats, that's a lovely fun way to spend a day.  I have 2 dogs...they're generally lazy ones.  You have a good lazy day routine.  I hope you have a few; it's nice to just have a down time day.

CC, It is good to write a bit again and I am glad you're still writing.  I hope I will be able to stay a while, I had forgotten how much time it requires to actually post and all.  Thank you for your comment.  I still have my flowers in a lovely frame box that I change out. I hope you share some photos of your florals still. Re:

Krisles, I have a home in FBG but, live in E Texas more.  How is Llano doing with all these rains? Is the water situation better now?  I'll be heading that way soon, to check on my home there. it is a small world.  I do remember the Elysian Fields conversation we had.  Llano is a sweet town.

I had forgotten you live in Fredericksburg.  I live in Llano.....well, when I'm not working in Irving, as I am now.  I was thinking about you when I wrote my stories not long ago about when I lived as a little girl in Elysian Fields - I remembered when you first came to Blogit asking you if you had lived in Elysian Fields, thinking we would have a connection from that....and it turned out that we were actually much closer!LOL! Small world, isn't it?

my dear Wiley John,  I have a lost a bit of my life the past couple of years due to extreme stressful situations. One of which was taking care of my dear baby brother whom died last year.  It was a very sad and grave situation; life changing for me. There are other matters as well that came about; in the midst of my going back miles upon miles, back and forth to care for my brother; I became exhausted and frail and as I say am just getting back to recuperation a bit.  There is nothing one can say if one becomes a bit reclusive at times only, I hope you'll understand.  I choose to not use this forum to dredge up traumatic memories. I am sorry for hurting anyone.  It's not my nature, nor any culture of mine, my heart was broken and I had to let it heal a bit.

Hello Else I must have dream walked not seeing your writing, I suppose when one does not expect something it remains invisible. I am so pleased that you have come back. I am sure you really do not need the book, but it is wonderful that you need so little inspiration.

What a great response to a prompt!  Your bed and slipper ritual was very, very familiar....but, sadly, I have no wonderful gardens to wonder out into....so I definitely enjoyed the virtual tour of yours.  I am more likely to enjoy the antics of four cats running about the house...while I read and listen to music....and drink tea...and daydream as I watch he changing light through windows, and sometimes walk around looking at this and that, smiling at memories of then and when....
