Re:
Don't know Adnohr it looks authentic but I don't think I shall wash my Longjohns in it until I have sussed it out more. Seems funny to not have any leaflet with it though.

Re: Why would anyone leave soap flakes on your stoop? Perhaps you
Actually Pat I have put a quest on the local time line to see if anyone else had received a packet. No response yet. It was wrapped as a parcel.

Re: FS
Bit before your time FS, There was monkey soap as well, sort of a scratchy grey colour, it was used sometimes as it was not on ration.

Re:
Yes I guess it isn't the poetry as much as the man breathing down your neck. Telling your fibs. Arthur is a bit wary of the packet.

I vaguely remember LUX flakes, but we weren't closely acquainted...And some of Shakespeare's women had a lot of oomph, others less so...

Oh I miss Lux flakes. I like soap better than detergent. Oh I love poetry, George does not write it often but when he does I am done in completely. Be blessed.

y' can still buy Lux soap flakes in Australia. Very gentle on your unmentionables so Lux is.
Wiley write me poetry. It melts me into such a greay mess. I have to be mopped up off the floor and left to solidify in a bucket. Think about that for a while.

I was going to ask the same question as Pat-B. Are you the only person who received such a gift, or is it a publicity stunt that has neighbours finding the same on their doorsteps? I'll take that checkbook....

Why would anyone leave soap flakes on your stoop? Perhaps you
should have the authorities run a dna analysis to see who came and went without being noticed....
