Goodness K. I read somewhere today that it had been suggested that a 20mph limit be set in some areas. Would it not pay you just to give your surplus stuff away, it does seem that you could buy new stuff with the rental money. I am glad that you are back safely though, I thought that you had left.

Very busy myself of late, not driving those distances though. You're right about those
deer. I have only hit one but have come close on a number of occasions.

What a whirl wind trip...I am tired just sitting here reading. LOL...I have stuff stored under my sis's house in Australia...so everytime I feel annoyed with her, I have to remember what she is saving me. No one wants the stuff, especially me...what to do but at least I am not paying.
