you will feel better when the handy man has done the work and for a reasonable amount...Give deep thinking to moving. we talk about it but while we can manage we will stay here, hopefully always. Independence is priceless.

Better I think to have help if really needed. You might get a real noisy crew next door. I would hang on forever if possible. Pat you were thinking about this last year.
