That would be a lot for a couple of weeks a year! No, I meant I can go up for a couple of weeks at a time...but I could go several times during the May-Oct time period. I could stay that whole time (that's what Mama always did, but I need to work still!). Hopefully, I would be able to stay longer and longer periods.

I would probably sell or pass the holiday place onto my daughter or share it with her. it is a lot for just a couple of weeks a year.
Wiley and I are nite folks. but we are retired and can be as naughty as we want.

I have heard and read many good things about Northern N.M. The mountains,
Santa Fe. Sounds like a nice getaway.

You Mum was really enterprising K. Fortunately she hit the rising prices for anything to do with housing. Some little Beech Huts here are selling for thousands,some folk have the money and just buy things. I remember a man offering me his large nearly new
house for 6 thousand, the same plot of land that it is on would probably make 200 thousand today. Of course when he offered his house to me one could get one built for 4 thousand. We just don't live long enough.
