He should have had an assistant to train for all the repairs even if he only worked part time to help him out or was willing to be on call.

Stress certainly takes the joy out of a job, and irritability and grouchiness caused by that stress ruins the day for everyone involved.

either Dad had to get someone extra to help or Josh had to become more in control of how quickly he could get from one job to another. No one except me has a broom to get around on.LOL

Yes this was deemed to be the center of all problems. I just wonder if this was the kind of anger release that both needed at this time?

Isn't this a case of having the right employee for the job? I was a mechanic all my life and if my temper or inability to 'cope' with the job was causing distress to the owner I would have been looking for a new job. It's time to stop being such nice guys to employees with their own issues I think and I had my own business as well.

I can imagine the pressure would be high...if the car wash doesn't operate properly that one time it can lose a customer....well, it would me, if I had more than one choice. I have left several that weren't working when I pulled in - and I pulled out, irritated as hell!
