My first comment to you is what I would say again to you....and it didn't come across right to you, evidently sounding like I didn't think you had the right to this or that. I think you have a right to be safe beyond all else...and that you must think of that beyond all else. The last comment I said to you is that the best thing about an attorney is that they can be a gladiator for you.....that is their purpose. I wish you safety, I wish you well.

You may not be aware of it, but you are encouraging his acting like this by letting him do it - by walking on eggshells just to keep the peace. The way it is now, you will eventualy you end up with the police, so maybe it's better to get it done and over now instead of having it drag on and causing more than financial problems. Speaking from experience here.

i meant list of property to the lawyer...and Annie is right...never go there alone. Take a social worker or a friend or the police leave when they leave.

I would get out now. I would give a list of my peoperty to the attorney but keep saying to yourself...I am loveable. I am a person. Material things don't matter. I can start again. When can you go to your new house?

You should inform your attorney of what he is doing and ALWAYS go over there with someone to back you up. He is definitely going off the deep end and you need support of a friend or relative who will help you in dealing with him
Stay strong and don't back down. Make your list and give to your attorney -- not to him!
