I have brought some precious items that have huge meaning for me from Australia...I am giving others away. Whatever is left will go to my Son to sell or give away as he wants.

Well I guess you know now how things would turn out, it did sound as though you were being stifled by the excess of nostalgia, beautiful as it may have been. A good many would have probably envied you, possessions rank high in many cases. I suppose we all yearn for happiness, is it just a matter of perspective?
