My argument
only goes for those whose guilt us beyond question. By the way, we spend far too much time whining about violated rights, to the point where the guilty go free, such as in my case. We are way too soft, and it's attitudes like this that fuel that mis-guided fervor.

I certainly wouldn't want a murderer in my home.
However, what with the justice system the way it is in this world, I really don't want to be responsible for the death of someone who is not guilty. Better to weld the cell door shut and/or let the convict participate in medical trials.
