Oh boy! As so often, when one thing goes wrong suddenly others go wrong as well and things spin out of control, LOL...And by all means, let Son get you a new microwave - i'd be lost wirhout one - I wouldn't know how to heat my latte milk, although I have never used it for a corn-, bean-, pea-, lentil- or general legumebag. Mainly because I haven't got one.
And it occurred to me - if you leave that cornbag in the microwave a bit too long, wouldn't turn into a popcornbag?

How nice that he'll get you a new microwave and take care of the
disposal. He gets the sweetheart of the week award! ♥ Good thing you'll be able to pick up Phil if necessary. I do hate freezing rain and sleet, but considering what the folks back in Boston are dealing with, I think KC and St. Louis got lucky...

Best to get a new microwave. When they stop they seem to be dead. And all the better if son does the shopping cos I know that getting you into shops is like moving maountains. not an easy job. LOl
