it was the nurse who didn't bother to correctly annotate what I had told her...very frustrating since I read to her that we needed the micro several times

yes and it cost us more because the original wrong script cancelled out the possiblility of getting the right one at the cheap price!

What a hassle to go through there. My parents in that they deal with different pharmacies that are ran well.

Well we are not allowed to order prescriptions via phone, for that reason I suppose.
