I start my day with a thyroid pill - an empty stomach med - so breakfast

is an hour after that. Days go better for the diet if my breakfast is hot oatmeal with walnuts and frozen blueberries, but baby donuts are good... Reminds me - at Target a few days ago I found a couple Cheerios stuck to the kid seat. Probably shoulda grossed me out, but it made me grin.

I can't eat first thing in the morning...or rather, I can but don't enjoy it. Around 10 AM is the best time...then cut up fruit or bagels with cream cheese. Lots of coffee in between times too.

Do you go to bed early???? I stay up or read in bed until 1or 2 am but then I sleep until nearly mid day.

Coffee to wake up...then brunch at about 2.00pm and a meal in the evening. but I am a bad girl for eating rubbish after Supper.

My goodness you do live, to tell you the truth I don't feel like eating anything really.

Perhaps that is a mild form of depression, Of course I do have to eat, I just feel like eating Cheese cake. Unfortunately I have not got any. Arthur said he could eat steak and chips. I don't think I could eat steak, but the chips would be nice. I can be very boring at times.
