And perhaps it was good that post disappeared. Things happen for a reason. Yes, as we get older, it does become more difficult learning new things. But remember, it's difficult, but not impossible! Give yourself a chance . . .

I know how you feel Taps. I would not worry, just bang out what you like. A couple of days and all is forgotten anyway. Sometimes it is too painful to keep living in the past and in any case we were different entities then .

Actually I was wondering what possessed you to think you need to
"improve" or change. You seem very capable, balanced, and tolerant considering the number of things that are now so readily available to irk and disturb. If you want to feel a little more mellow about being great just as you are, just go look at the evening news or at Judge Judy and see what passes for humanity on the world stage.
