Cheeky buggers giving you a second interview. Sadly a lot of jobs have to be advertised but the lucky one has already been chosen. Probably friend. It happened to my nephew he was carer for a disabled man and they got on like a house on fire. The man said he hoped the organization would choose him. What happened he had an email saying he was unsuitable and the woman in charge . She seemed very nice, had gone on holiday.

I am seeing a lot of that today. Too many people out of work, there is lots of vast amounts of experience walking the employment lines today.
