It is a tough call but I could never eat a pet..their eggs yes but this little one just loves that Chicken and if those big dogs can harm poultry maybe they can harm little girls.

Boy, what a complicated mess! But I don't think your solution, the one involving in chicken salad, is the answer! Even I acknowledge that sometimes reason must take a backseat...

Seems fair & reasonable that the landlord should pay for the lost poultry.

I don't think the hens really like those jumpers or whatever Taps. They do like to preen their feathers or remove the occasional lice, louse . Believe it not we used to fix specs to chicken if they started feather pecking.

On the other hand, who wants to live next to a heartless, insensitive

jerk like that landlord appears to be. Amazing how attached we get to our fur/feather children.
