Hi Jean Archie is a retired milkman he used to work for me as a little boy. His wife is a lot younger so she set up a stall and makes chutney and jam etc. Archie helps me if I need help, he has most of the fruit and anything he came lay his hands on. I grow flowers and Archie's wife gives me a percentage which I give to a Charity that deals with terminal illness . Archies wife also puts a percent of her jams etc towards Charity. Really it is all illegal but we think we have a good case if anyone complains. It was how small shops started. I took the extra insurance incase Archie was injured. I told them they should get cover for the sales. I expect I shall offer to pay half, just to force them to do concede.

happy to see a new post, loved the poem. i am not sure if archie is just a neighbor that comes to help you and you give him a few dollars or if he is more like hired help, and you take it off you income tax. and curious about the extra insurance and what exactly prompted that. yes i am back with alot of questions. but you never know if you dont ask.

I'm sure the exercise is good for you - up to a point. I like the poem, I can just see a little guy about 7 or 8, poking around in the cow pasture, stepping in manure, etc.

You are a naughty old man. Why do you pay out good money to Archie plus big insurance if you are going to trudge around and do all the work yourself...!!!! NO one is going to care if you hurt yourself or worse....except your friends. So remember your friends and don't do it!!!
Love the poem and will keep it. How short the meory is for I don't remember it at all.
