Re:

New report just out FS I suppose if one thinks about it the the normal person would just wash it and dump it on the draining board to drain or wipe inside with a towel and then wipe ones hands with the same . Germs are cunning little beasts.

Re: ChiffChiff

Hi Bro I have the feeling that it is really filled up with sludge as it is hot along the top and bottom but cold in the middle it is over 40 years old so perhaps I will get a new one.Carry on with the prayer, that's a nice thing to do.

Re:

I know the feeling Taps I think they should be pre-scalded and guaranteed germ free and then put in sterilized bags and handled only with suitable clinical gloves.

Re: CCT

Yes Naut. Although the meaning may be obscure. It usually starts with a tickle and eventually comes to a dead end .

Re: Adnohr

Well I think the bad thing about washing the chicken is that one spreads the germs that are inside, a dripping chicken makes the germs quicken all over the draining board etc. This is a new idea before we were always told to wash them throughly. Inside the plastc bag the germs are roasted . When you next have a chicken please let me know if you get the tummy ache. I never eat them myself.

Deep poem there, CCT.  There is such a thing as too much pondering too - some of that time could be better spent appreciating what one does have. I don't care what they say - I always wash chicken...thoroughly!!

CCT
I really don't like any kind of chicken. And If you find out the meaning of life, do let me know...:)

Interesting thoughts on prayer.
I used to always wash my chickens before cooking them.  Now it is hard for me not to do it.  I keep thinking there is probably dirty stuff on them.

ChiffChiff

The radiator guy simply didn't 'bleed' it long enough to let all the air out until hot water came out.

I believe in silent prayer, usually read, and constant daily makes life worth living Bro.

I did not know washing chickens could spread such a germ.

I have a feeling we will be wondering what the meaning of life is as long as this universe is in existence.
