I love that picture of Peter and his Baisy! And it's so nice that he has maintained a great relationship with his Grandma!

Time Flies!

Sometimes I forget how much time has passed since I was here last - and then I read about Peter coming back! Last time I was here he had just departed for a first tour.

I'm so glad to hear he's back at home and doing well, and that you two are finding quiet time to connect again!

Oh how lovely. That felt like old times to me. I remember reading about the good times you had with him when he was a boy and I wanted my Samuel to grow up to that age so we could bake cookies together. That picture is lovely, just lovely.

This is a heart-warming post in so many ways!

Peter has become real and important in our lives here because of the way you have shared your pride and anxieties and affections...  All that is best in family, in your family, continues on into the future.

This post actually made me miss my mom! She's in Texas, a thousand miles away from me, and I only get to see her maybe once or twice a year! However, I do call her every week, and although we do have wonderful conversations, I wish more of them could be in person. You're very fortunate . . .

You're right, he does look handsome with the longer hair.

The photo he sent is a perfect Christmas card. I can just see Hallmark using that portrait on a line of warm greetings.
