As I chew my beef burger made of vegetables, cheese, and string. I smell your roast. Yes it is cooked perfectly. Took a long time to learn how to do it though. Don't say you were a born natural cook. Now I bet your Mum could have knocked up a good meal, where have all the steak a kidney puddings gone?

what a full and wonderful life you are leading, we live, learn and move on.  and along the way the friends we make make it all worthwhile....you have touched so many lives and now it is so nice to read about you and wiley, you have ended up in a warm and comfortable nest, have the best trip ever you deserve it.

It's wonderful to know you could be friends with the stepmom.

It doesn't always happen like that.  BTW, did I ever mention that my uncle George was stationed in OZ during WWII, and married an Aussie woman. He's been gone for a long time now, but she's still my Aunt Goldie. In fact she's the one who brought me my Grandma Lucy's hand-written stories that I shared on Blogit a year or so ago....
