Cover art sells the book - or at least gets a reader to pick it up.
You're right to be picky, and a publisher should love your well-informed opinion on the matter, even though there's a temptation to just 'git 'er done.' I always know, when I see a cover with a bare-chested guy with flowing hair and a woman clinging or trying to, that's one to avoid.

Well I hope it is seller Ciel . A lot of work goes into a book. It must be exciting though to know it is nearly complete.

The cover is so important and with Tom Ugly, I also had to be aware of indigenous emotions. They will not look at the picture of deceased peeple of their race so I had some grat ideas but in the end it was best to use an Australian Icon that people recognize. Good luck darling. It is a very busy time.
