Oh Yum....I am slow cooking steak pieces at the moment. Tossed in red wine and seared in a pan first before diced into hearty chunks. I then made a Mediteranian sauce and reducd it with baby carrots cooking.  now all is slow cooking for 8 hours. Tomorrow I will pop it in the oven to heat through and serve with ??Spagetti, or rice...perhaps a tom. and basil salad.
