I have always heard that milk and bananas are good for the muscles, and so, for cramps.  And water.  I hate getting a toothache in my finger.

we don't take fish oil but we eat a lot of salmon and manage to keep pretty healthy.

Well Ciel I find a cramp tablet usually works, but I don't like taking them all the time. I thought Krill might do some good, but I don't know if it is better than fish oil. I sometimes get it in my feet, but it is like the tooth ache one wishes it was in ones finger until one has it there. Salmon sounds good I keep forgetting to have it.
