You were so special even back then when I didn't even know you.  I wish I could have been your mommy.  I always wanted a little girl to be pampered by mommy and daddy and four big brothers.  But, probably you would have missed out on some of the wonderful traits that you acquired from your own special set of circumstances.

People didnot show their love and emotions as is acceptable today. I love the idea of painting the other side of the canvas...it sort of says maturity to me...

Cutting to the bone here Justi. Of course sadly some parents   cannot show love as we define the emotion, but they may feel pain because they cannot. My mother once told me that she could not show the love that she would have liked too because she did not know what it felt like as her mother was not suited to cope with a large family in reduced circumstances and she never had time to show affection.
