That's a good way to do it. The last place I worked, I was also given three weeks vacation, but because of company policy, no one was allowed to take more than two weeks at a time, because of the chance of leaving a department short-handed. I never took two weeks in a row, even though I could have! I spaced it out as you are doing . . .
