I believe that 'he who waters others, waters himself' or should I say "herself"!!  Lovely story.

Since you really didn't actually say, I'm going to assume that he paid her for the painting. That's the balance of the cosmos. Her 'good deed' lead to something wonderful for herself. Great story . . .

i have always felt that when you give with a good heart, you get 10 fold back.  maybe not the quickly but then why not.

That was real sweet of her. She really deserved that sale. I hope her good luck continues.

To tell the truth, it does work love.

Good always begets good Kabu, so much of compassion shown to a stranger and she was rewarded for it. Incredible.

Stories like that have me swinging like a pendulum between absolute belief and total doubt - it just seems so unlikely and coincidental. However, I believe this one and it is wonderful that she started her week with an amazing sale... Thanks for making my day!!!

Great story! And I heard what really happened was that the young man with cerebral palsy was actually the brother of the chap who bought the painting! He had forgotten his wallet at home, dropped in to Skye's shop to borrow the money, saw the painting, called his brother and said "She's generous and cute! Just pay her what she asks for it, don't haggle!" And so he did, and of course got her telephone number as well...

I believe in angels and love your story So much. God never forgets a single soul. I made an agreement with myself that once I start publishing my books I will be donating 50% of the income generated to help needy students. Of course I will be picking the Lebanese American University since that is where I graduated from.
