I had actually considered becoming a teacher for a while, but the artist in me wanted to go in another direction. I too have both fond and terrible memories of high school. I guess everyone does  . . .

One day I think that in some capacity you will teach....at the moment I believe you are in the right place.

Thanks for sharing. I, too, always felt a call to teaching. However, I think it is something that I may visit at an older age because I want to have more life experience to teach about :) I also enjoy my lax schedule at this point and want to continue to enjoy it for a while. Maybe it's kind of the same for you, but you have the additional factor of loyalty to your dad at the car wash.

one should only teach if one feels the calling...the fact that you keep revisiting that need...anyways...enjoy life!
