Kabu...my BP was all over the place
when I was in the middle of the PET Scan...I've had the odd flutter before, but never like this...wearing a heart monitor now for a couple of weeks and keeping a diary.

It does indeed. You have to break up the monotony once in a while. At least the weather is cooperating with you . . . for now!

It's hard to remember sometimes that we're not young any more -
but the old dizzy whirl comes along with a reality check... Another thing that bugs me
is that I can't walk fast any more. I see drivers chomping at the bit as I go through the
crosswalk, but some days the muscles just won't move any faster.

I could get another free Tom on my Kindle, I did not like to ask you yesterday. Do you get a payment for those Prime views ? I always forget to take the offer, of course one has it deleted after a month. Wait until I get my book out Thomas Beautiful.

Kabu I think it is because you have seen all the stuff at home and not at the shopping mall so it just draws you in that direction. Glad you had a beautiful day.

Once a couple of years ago I had one of those hanging-onto-the-wall episodes when I got out of bed too quickly. Since then, I always sit up on the edge of the bed relaxing there until I feel good about standing up and walking.
