I know how you feel. One day you're running around doing all sorts of things, and the next day your body is saying "What the heck was that all about? You're resting today, girl!" So, rest . . .

Hunter Thompson makes a good point - in this world we seem more

concerned with looking good than being / doing good things.

Well, as far as I can tell, at least your mind is not yet used up, LOL...And Hunter Thompson forgets that the sliding tends to be rather protracted and painful if you're all worn out too early...
