It is neat when one finds treasures, especially when those treasures are writings from past years...A poem that anyone who has a lost love out can relate to.

The idea of shredding these poems
makes me want to holler in protest! These are expressions of the truth of your life, your family will cherish them!
Then, I think, maybe it's how you let go.
I hope you can let go of whatever you need to, without consigning them to the shredder.
