You are writing too fast , I cannot keep up. I did not know that you lived on Bondi Beach. Were you a real nurse ? Or was it a romantic illusion that inspired you to work the wards?

Darling you are the young rich and famous. Who but the young make snow angels? You are rich in your love and family and you are one of the most famous on Blogit. Don't short-sell yourself. Love you lady.

sounds like it would have been an interesting, never boring

place to live, Kabu....the whale's visits would have been like an extra clock to help keep the year in order...

Wow. That is such beautiful memories and time. It is amazing the transitions and how we start and others enjoy what we enjoyed at a time. Nice post.

I remember Laguna Beach, in California much the same, as I stayed there with friends from the Corps for a year after Vietnam, traveling back and forth to the base at El Toro. I imagine now it is all millionaires, like in your beautiful beach. I like to think it is not fair, but then I am the one who made all the wrong turns.

It sounds like it is a beautiful beach, one where you can see the whales from time to time.

I like looking out at boats, wondering what the stories are of those on board.

It sounds, and looks, absolutely wonderful. And looking at that sand and that water, I can tell you one thing: that's definitely not a picture taken at the Jersey shore! Our beaches have improved somewhat over the years, but still don't look anything like that . . .

It is a thrill to see a whale - I used to love to go to the Oregon coast

on one of those high overviews - even went on a whale-watching excursion boat once, and it was a great thrill to see them. They migrated from Alaska to Hawaii and back with the seasons. I miss having access to the coast. Bondi really does look like a wonderful beach and place to live.
