great name and yes more suited I agree. Research on the Internet for those details is so much quicker than it used to be. And I like that idea of changing the name right throughout the manuscript like that, Wow. Learn something everyday here at Blogit. Thank you.

Excellent name, as well as the reasoning behind it. I had started thinking about it, but got side-tracked. If you must know, I had been leaning towards Rebecca/'Becky', as in Tom Sawyer...

Pat my little character was called Katie Ray, but she lives in the present so she does not mind in fact she might be honoured. Good choice.
