it is great to see you here, I am actually in a spot myself. Canada has become home for sure and i love it, but I have really no one here besides Wiley. While i have him I am veryOK and totally happy. Oh well dear friend. One day at a time but i wouldn't sell your house in a hurry unless to buy something near your sister.

Re:

Hello CCT.  I will probably escape looking after the grandchidren, they are a long way in the future and will be too far away geographically!

You've done your needs mapping. Now I guess it will but progress into

execution, any which way.

That's a very good idea to begin to think of those things now, and not wait until you simply have no choice. Planning for any kind of fututre is always difficult, because there are always "surprises" that many of us just don't count on. They say "expect the unexpected," but that's just too unrealistic. You obviously have a good head on your shoulders, and oodles of common sense. Work with that, and I think you'll be okay . . .

I wish you well as you seek to figure things out.

Lets face it we are all going to have to adapt, once it was no problem three score years and ten, that was yer lot. Now we have grandma's being relied on to look after grandchildren and great grandchildren I shouldn't wonder. I suppose one should think of the future and a little planning now is probably wise as it doesn't become easier.
