I had actually forgotten about that storm, for one simple reason. Tomorrow ( the 29th ) is the one-year anniversary of Hurricane Sandy, a storm we here in Jersey are still feeling the affects of, in one form or another. My wife and I have been glued to the weather channel over the past week to make sure there were no storms creeping up the coast to catch us by surprise . . . again! Unfortunately, we payed very little attention to what may be happening clear across the Atlantic! But after reading C C T's latest post, I think he'll be okay. Mother Nature at her scariest, again . . .

Well Ciel I'll look at your photos in a minute I wondered why the storm was so named.

It was Arthur who stayed he is my intellectual brother. A doctor of Philosophy no less, as I was the thick one and had to leave school at fourteen to become a traveling hawker. I can show you the photo if I can find it.  As I said in today's blog it hit the next county but not we uns, half a million wIthout electric. I did not even bother to unplug my computer Wizards you know

Ciel

Great pics, at least the once I got to see, but I'm sure the others are just as nice. My problem is that whenever that notice comes on 'Fetching more photos', my damn computer kind of goes rigid, freezes and sulks...It's some kind of neurotic condition, I'm sure, but I gotta call in the doctor, I guess...

My heart goes out to the people there. The good news is that he is posting comments.

I've already enjoyed (loved) your photos.  Now days, whenever you post something on Flickr, I am notified immediately.  I like that.  Now, I need to go read C_C_T.  I haven't read his yesterday one yet.  Hope everything is OK with him and his.

Great photos! I love the mountains alight with sunrise...

The joust and Renaissance photos look like fun, too. But my fave is the crocheted baskets. My next project to keep hands busy and avoid munching while watching TV. I'm keeping fingers crossed for CCT and Arthur and the place he lives. I hope they're all right, no trees blown onto their houses.
