being forgetfull is OK dear, it's when you look at the bottle of water or the electricity break or the car keys and don't remember what they are or what you do with them. Getting distracted walking into a room and forgetting why...all these are unfortunately, part of aging. but write the book I am writing one to give to my Son when he is 50.

First drink lots of water... so important. Second lots of sun...also very important. Third try and do new things to stimulate the brain...so very important.
They even have books and exercises for the brain to keep it very active. This helps fight off the disease.

I like the idea of you writing your autobiography...I remember when my grandmother got Alzheimer's. It was very rough on her.
