As wonderful as our "modern technology" is, it can be equally frustrating at times! Glad they got it all worked out. And I for one am glad that August is just shooting on by! Bring on the cooler weather . . . !

Well a lot has happened although it has slipped by. I had my first Xmas card today, well a calender from a hopeful charity.

I too feel August has slipped by very quickly...And renters allowing their pets to use the house to sh*t? That's outrageous - I don't blame your Dad for being leery of that. Howard's daughter sounds like trouble...And I have absolutely no idea how to get paint of anything, especially not concrete...
