Well it always makes me cringe seeing nice cars smashed, I would like one myself not pay to see it being destroyed.

Your imaginative posts almost make me want to go to a movie, but not quite.  I just wait until they are videos that I can watch at home on TV or computer.  It has been two or three years since I have visited the Box Office.

Yes, the prices keep going up! I took my wife to a movie at the beginning of the month - first one in years, broke the bank doing it, but I did miss the silver screen effect and the atmosphere of being in the movies!

Inflated prices at the box office

I remember long queues at Cinemas in the past and black market ticket sellers doing a roaring trade. One of my favourite cartoons of the past is that of people lining up to see a 'whodunnit' and a man shouting "The Butler did it."and the  furious crowd dispersing.

It has been a long while since I have gone to a movie theater, therefore, I do not know enough to say...I do feel that special effects are overdone though.
