Good post FSI enjoyed the read.  When you have a lot of mechanical equipment they are bound to be outages from time to time!

a good post, most enjoyable to read. It does seem that there will always be mechanical problems from time to time and I agree, we umans can sometimes fell overloaded.

Sometimes all it takes is one person's negativity to disrupt the entire work place. Cooler heads should prevail, and be more productive! Remember, you're in it together . . .

I think your dad is very proud of how you handle things and I am glad to hear that Baltimore has not gone to 25 degree weather just yet...Way too cold.
