sounds familiar

Sounds like the area I live in 2 men own 90% of all the land and have trailer parks, and shopping centers all over town. Must be nice to be born wealthy....

Time heals all wounds, or suspected wounds, and I bet that land will be developed sooner or later....

Some big shopping centers in Australia have Bays where they will wash your car. I don't think you need opposition that close....

Wouldn't it be nice if, just once, someone would actually leave a wooded area alone for a change, and not tear it up and destroy it just to build something on it . . . ?

You may even find in time a developer will cast an eye on your business . It has happened here many times.

I think you are right, someone will see green there and will build a machine to make it so, maybe a coffee shop, and maybe a competitor. Either way it will be interesting to watch.

well what is it that people want put there?  we have a shopping center that almost all the stores were closing out it was owned by the indians and it was rumored that a big casino was going to be built there but they changed their minds now a lot of new companies are going in there, it was known as the ghost town

Yes, as long as there are people being born you get bet on it being developed. Maybe yours can develop it into a massive one stop all inclusive AND wash; then charge rent to the rest of the town for everything!? :)
