Indeed.. I found one almost finished. Although it was enough for my family, it was so expensive and had to give it up..I hate money...

There's not too many people who can afford to build their own homes these days. Usually people are lucky enough to find one already built that is as close to their "dream house" as possible. The next trick is paying for it . . . $$$$$$$

Building a house is not as simple as it used to be. One must have permits for everything, and to get necessary permits is a hassel. The whole procedure from beginning to end is so tedious and so expensive. I'm thankful that at this stage of my life I like renting an convenient apartment.
