Tough times Bill, but I hope she might forgive the past and wipe the slate clean, It is a job to get a decent tenant and she might lose more by taking on someone unworthy.

I have been thinking about you in that terrible heat. Just keep on paying that extra amount each week to the landlady and one of these days the back rent will be gone.
