It's so nice that your son was able to provide some help, and stand up to his girlfriend in the process! I hope all the pieces start falling into place for you quickly, so this pesky paperwork and ongoing issues will become a thing of the past!

In my opinion, if the child (under 18) had respect for adults he would be alive.  I told my children not to confront or challenge any adult. They were told to keep their mouths shut, come home and tell their Dad or me.  We would deal with the adult. This child was kicked out of school.  That indicates that he would not comply with the rules of the school officials who hold responsibilities of students as if they are the parent.

His options were to dial 911 or walk home.  He chose to call a female who is not bright by being 19 years old an a senior in high school. The normal progression is 17 or 18. Zimmerman had to do what he had to do and the jury agreed.

I am glad things are working out with the house.  Be cautious for I have seen where some have invested money into fixing up a house, then are forced to move and get no money back.

Sounds like you're still very busy with the house, but that it's coming along! And there's a part of me that hopes this "Zimmerman" things dies down quickly. This issue is going to be divisional for our society for as long as people continue to discuss it . . .

How we miss our boys when we don't see them. I didn't really understand that one may aquire a son in law but even the sweetest female in the world will determinedly make your son her man. You just have a grand Ol' time at that wedding and live one day at a time....your blogit family will want to know all the details...

You must go with your gut feeling Sam,  I hope you are right it is a lovely house for the money and one has to fight for what is right sometimes.

OMG, my dear, you're leaning on that blurb? Don't worry, be happy?

Gee, I sure hope it works for you.

I'm glad to hear that things are moving along the way they should, and all the paperwork will finally come together as well, I'm sure. I think you're right not to listen to prophets of doom, like myself...And the verdict in the Zimmerman trial was the proper one, based on the evidence...

You are there and have the time to make up your mind and it will be new all over again when it is done.

I have had times too where people talked me into doing things that I did not necessarily want to do...

Sounds like you have had lots of help with this process. I wish you luck.

I am also sad that the young man died as a teenager, rather than having a discussion with the police.   I am happy to hear that your son is helping you and standing up to his girl.  Hope you have a joyful time seeing your other son at the wedding!
