We had a few days in late May when the temp made it into the mid to high 80's, but no serious heart, yet...don't forget the Stanley Cup Finals if you can get them - Chicago vs Boston, an "original six" matchup.

in PHX they are talking about the triple digits there as if it was something new, but I guess since its so earlier in the season, its been in the 90's here and I am ready for it to stop.

The moonsoons have set in here so its cooler though humid at times.I agree weather is very unpredictable these days.

As for the hot hot hot weather, I'm not ready for that, but the thunderstorms and dangerous winds have overstayed their welcome. Your place is beginning to feel like yours, I think. :)

Your tree probably serves a purpose Sam discretionary pruning maybe ,
I love trees as long as they do not seek the house foundations or are apt to blow down
in strong winds , but the shade is so beneficial I suspect in your climate . Yes Pat can swing a good tale, I always read her blog.
