When the financial dust settles and all the I's have been dotted

and the T's crossed, you'll be happy to have the painting done. What are you going to do for excitement when all these knots are tied and the package is wrapped?

A splash of paint will brighten it up Sam, but you don't want to make it look too good until you own it for sure.

I agree with Kabu....but I would also include all the other labor and supplies you have used since the beginning....if for some reason this tanks you want to be reimbursed.  I don't see that happening but why not CYOB!  This way they will think twice before delaying to the point of not going through....also take lots of before and after pics to document as well

Good advice from Kabu! And clearly, the world is unfolding as it should...

It is looking good and yes paint away, I meanif it is there already why not

My "invaluable"advice  is to take note of what you paint and write doen the hours it takes. Find out what a painter charges. If there is trouble you can wave this at the sellers agent but all the advice re nor putting down the flooring until you know is great advice and I am gald that you are listening and it is best done when the apainting is all finished as well!

It looks to me that you have a very solid plan in place.
