Dr JPT

I see that crime this way.

1-Zimmerman had no authority to arrest or challenge anyone that wasn't involved in anything more than walking.

2-He was not licensed as a Police Officer.

3-Why was his first encouter with a black person?

4-During the trial I think he was advised by his lawyer or parents, to change his physical image from the thinner man with a Marine haircut, to a fat pudgy kid that wouldn't hurt a fly.

5-The scratches on the back of his head were -self-inflicted-.

Yes, it was senseless. The way some approach almost incites violence. It is hard to walk away when a young person gets disrespectful, in my opinion and experience. As with most trials though it is said that the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth is stated, it may not happen. Some can lie until it is believeable.

I grew up in a rough neighborhood, I know how the streets can be and when someone is out walking in the rain I just find it hard to believe they are not up to some kind of mischief...You are right, the trail will be interesting.

I think you are probably right. The picture of the victim is

clouded, but the whole thing is fuzzy. There will not be a fair trial as it has not been from the beginning. No one knows the truth but Zimmerman and I don't know if we can get to the truth because of too much hatred. God knows the truth and that will be the final verdict.

Ever since I heard the 911 tape where they asked him to stop following the young man I can't help but believe if Zimmerman had stayed in his vehicle the kid would still be alive! I think it was a senseless killing no matter what the kid's past was, just senseless to me! sam

I will not watch detail for detail but will be interested to know the outcome. I have heard often that THINGS ARE NOT ALWAYS AS THEY SEEM. I am believing it in so many ways that I never thought about previously.

Zimmerman was instructed NOY to carry arms on the job. Case closed

for me. I won't be watching it. i do agree with you about clothes though because they are deliberately worn so many times to make a statement about who a person is. if you aren't a delinquent don't dress like one I suppose.

It was interesting what photos the media chose to originally show of Martin and Zimmerman at first...I wonder if we ever know for sure what all truly happened.

Very difficult to get to the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
I think we will probably never really know for sure.

The old saying, Dress for success, is a wise thing to keep in mind.
