And the misery continues I see. Yeah, enjoy your Red Wings! My Rangers just did not have the willpower to get past the Bruins, although I can't see anyone getting past the Penguins anyway . . .

sam...

The Wings lost last night, 4-1 (you probably already know this), but they didn't look bad in losing...maybe it will do them good to get back out on the road, away from home-town pressures....

I cannot imagine how frustrating and disappointing it is that the closing has been delayed...Oh yes, sports are a great distraction.

and I thought mine took a long time nothing compared to this, I hope when its all over you might think about putting a complaint into whoever it is that is charge of these kinds of messes.  Good luck

Adnohr's website sounds a like a great idea for you to visit for information.  Becoming more self reliant with that pointless agent should do something for you with that situation.

I'm afraid I'd have lost patience with that agent and

told her to forget the whole thing - people who diddle around with another person's life like that need a trip to the woodshed!

It really is a poor state of affairs Sam, but a friend of ours sold a small section of ground and it has been over a year and he has not received any money. It was much better when we  spat on our hands and shook, a man's word was his bond.

I thought for sure you would be all settled by now, and now all I can do is wish you my best.

I can only imagine your frustration!

I was going to suggest what Naut suggested.  More hoop-jumping, no doubt, but if you have lasted through this, you can do that, and get some satisfaction back, I believe.

I have the impression your agent is incompetent and negligent. Here in Ontario we have the Real Estate Council of Ontario, where one can lodge complaints about unsatisfactory and dishonest agents. If you have something similar in your state, I think it's time that you inform your agent you will file a complaint! Maybe that will get her off her ass...

Sam

I am ready to speak to that agent in a very straight method.
