As long as you do not take it personally, you will be fine. At times that can be a challenge. It is good you do not have the same person to deal with regularly. That would be a real pain.

Ah ha! So you're the one wreaking havoc with the weather! I really thought Mother Nature was on her own in this regard! But since you do have all of this control, how about letting up on the rain a bit? And the wind! Please, no more wind!

Sometimes that saying "The customer is always right." just doesn't apply...some customers just won't let it..
..and like you say, if you controlled the weather, you sure wouldn't be ordering cold rainy weather for the end of May..

we have had big storms here and can't do much outside. People
are spoilt and in such a hurry. Weather is one thing we can't control and the world needs rain!!

Good customer service with irrational customers can be very irritating. At least the rain cools things off and makes it green and beautiful again.
