Re: lustor

i complain alot about having to cook, but i like my cooking better than eating out, so i guess i will continue to eat my own cooking.  secretly i love cooking for others and see them enjoy it.

i think they recommend 2-3 cups of coffee a day, but odd about the bp going up.  i grew up in kansas, we have salt mines there and i use to suck on rock salt like candy, but then the salt we buy has had all the minerals removed and all that is left is the sodium, which is probably what causes high bp.  i crave salt, and use it to access, i should have hbp, but not yet.

Re: jimmy

Re: cc

my son is a tea man, he loves his tea, buys the loose tea adds cows milk.  i drink my coffee to get me going in the morning and my tea at bedtime.  i love english breakfast tea or earl gray.  i dont know what my previous remarks were that got me a cuddle, but i will go back and find them so i might get another,

Re: annicita

you know i think my real problem is i am happy with myself, the way i feel and look.  if it comes off it will be because i am eating less and moving more.  i dont mind moving more  but i love to eat.

I tried nutrisystem too and lost about 10 pds but the food gets old after a while and so I am eating Atkins which is much better and has less carbs and sugars

I used to drink two pots a day of coffee, couldn't understand why

I was jumpy and irritable. It was only after I cut back to 2 cups of caffeinated coffee that the blood pressure went up. Go figure. I've tried diets and fads and all, but find that watching portion sizes works best, along with cutting back on salt.

As well you shouldn't! I think all it takes is a little will-power, the desire to lose some weight and be as heathy as possible! And I love my coffee as well, and sometimes get headaches at the end of the day if I don't have my morning coffee! A couple of cups here and there each day is actually good for you . . .

Now I really prefer tea, but it comes in those nasty little bags and they drip,. drip as one fishes them out of the cup. I suppose one could use a teapot but I like it fresh and refreshing with whole milk. Sadly only one variety appeals. Coffee is not so appealing as I usually buy the one with no caffeine. I have noted your previous remarks and maybe you deserve a little cuddle, don't tell your hubby.
