Well Marrisse I hope he will not mess around with politics and stick to his knitting.

Not that I really care as long as he is the best man for the job.

I missed seeing that David Letterman program.  I'm not an avid fan but I do get a kick out his goings on.  Actually, I'm not an avid "fan" of the pope or things catholic since my worship has always taken a different direction, but I do love to read about it and keep up on the news.

I hate to sound disrespectful or disparaging, but even though I was raised a Catholic, I'm just not overly concerned who is elected Pope. I'm sure he's a very nice man, a devoted man of God, and cares about his congregation and his religion, but I'm just not sure what he can do to solve some of the problems the church has been facing over the past twenty years or so. It seems as though the Pope has just become a figurehead, like the Queen of England, and no longer has any real power. I could be wrong, but that's just the way it seems to me . . .

nice Post love and I like his face....very open but strong with real

strength in his eyes like he can make up his mind and get something done. Let us hope anyway.
