Sounds like Michael kinda got caught there, wanting to blame Christy, but there were other reasons. SOmetimes firing a person does them a favor, becaue they'll move on to better things for their personal good, as it seems Christy has done.

Firing employees is even more important than hiring at times, especially if firing an employee doesn't get done precisely at the right time.......
